Our Story

A drastic change has occurred in the textile industry over the past fifty years.

An immense scope of products is now covered by the textile industry apart from its traditional and historic role, clothing of the human body.

The technical revolution in fiber Petrochemical Technology brought in a completely new successor to the mass production technology introduced during the prior Industrial Revolution. The availability of synthetic fibers in so many sizes and shapes with a range of properties so different from natural fiber made possible the intervention and development of factors with qualities previously thought to be impossible and or unrealistic. This new phase in the provision of fabrics to meet all possible needs of mankind will continue to expand as the investment of capital on further research and development continues.

The successful transformation of raw extracted oils and gases into textile fibers of a multitude of shapes and forms has given us the opportunity to make a significant contribution to the efforts of mankind to help aid in the protection of the environment around us. Albarrie employs many of these extruded fibers and yarns together with mechanical and electrical engineering services.
