Unlike others, AES offers a complete range of filter bags made from fabric we manufacture using PPS, P84, Polyox, Aramid, Polyester, Acrylic, Polypropylene and Basalt volcanic rock fibres. We have an ongoing Research & Development program that has earned us many fabric patents because of their unique performance characteristics. The superior filtration efficiency of Albarrie bags is accomplished with high flow fabrics that use the science of contact with fibres and cake to remove/capture the dust including submicron particulate. AES fabrics offer 3-4 times more flow than membrane fabrics at the same pressure drop with nearly the same efficiency but at a lower price.
Our Tandem Composite fabrics combine the properties of two or more fibres that address efficiency, strength, heat & chemical requirements simultaneously. Meteor bags made from our Polyox Basalt PTFE fabric operate continuously at 575°F and have repeatedly stack tested ten times lower than emission regulations on difficult kiln applications. AES bags provide continuous emission compliance to many industrial applications that require a high degree of submicron dust control such as lead recycling, hazardous & MSW incinerators, electric arc furnaces, CFB boilers burning eastern & PRB coals, culm & biomass fired boilers, kilns, finish mills, calciners, converters, classifiers, separators, flash furnaces, concentrate, aggregate and spray driers found in power generation, metals, foundry, minerals, mining, smelting, asphalt, food and gypsum industries.
